account application process. This can take up to 2 weeks
for approval.
Upon
receipt of the agreement, SportsPilot will begin build out of your
independent SQL server database immediately. To complete your setup,
SportsPilot will need:
A copy
of your paper registration form, or complete listing of the fields
you would like on the online form.
A copy
of your Terms of Service to be displayed and accepted by registrants
during the registration process.
Once these
four items are completed, a SportsPilot support representative will
contact you to setup an initial training course for administrators only.
This will be done through a web seminar and can be done with as many
people as needed, at different locations as long as they have access to
the web and a phone line.
