In order
to accept online payment of registration fees via
credit card, your organization will need an
e-commerce merchant account. As part of our
agreement with Mass Youth, SportsPilot will absorb the
cost (up to $150 savings) to set up the required
gateway between your registration database and your
merchant account. SportsPilot uses
Authorize.net for
gateway setup, so you are free to use any merchant
vendor you choose as long as they support the
Authorize.net payment gateway. The best place to
start is with your associations bank.
Applying for SportsPilot's merchant group rate
SportsPilot is extending the buying power gained
from processing over 500,000 transactions a year, by
offering MYSA clubs our negotiated group rate
through
First National Merchant
Solutions. SportsPilot has worked with
First National over the last year to setup a program
that recognizes the unique e-commerce needs of a
sports organization at a very competitive rate. In
addition once you've completed the application
directly with First National and attained approval,
all the necessary communication to finish setup will
be handled seamlessly between SportsPilot and First
National saving you time and effort.
