There are no monthly fees, annual costs, or
transaction minimums. The ONLY charges you will
incur are a per player convenience fee. MYSA has
negotiated a three year agreement with SportsPilot.
For the remainder of 2005, SportsPilot offers
an
introductory price to any organization who signs
a 12 month service agreement. Starting in 2006 and
every year thereafter, an organization or club's
pricing is basically determined by the total number
of Mass Youth registrations done through our system via
the sliding scale matrix below. In other words, the
more clubs who join the greater the discount.

2006 to 2008 Pricing based on a sliding scale
Starting
with 2008, any club who is already under agreement
with SportsPilot, or signs up within the calendar
year, will be eligible for the current years pricing
benchmark. The benchmark is calculated comparing the
total number of registrations occurring through the
SportsPilot system compared to the total number of
registrations for all Mass Youth associations.

1
Most
organizations decide the best way to cover the costs
of providing online registration including Credit
Card payment of fees is to increase the price of
registration. So how do you calculate the necessary
increase?

The
system can also be setup so that a club defined
convenience charge is added to each registration. A
registrant will be notified that this convenience
charge is on top of the organizations registrations
fees for providing online ability. SportsPilot
dissuades clubs from choosing this option as it
deters registrants from online registration pushing
the work back to manual entry by the club.
Regardless of which option you choose, if you do a
true cost analysis taking into account the cost
savings in administrative time, postage, marketing
and opportunity for growth, as well as the
convenience you've given your participants the
system will easily justify itself. Every existing
customer we have states they wished they would have
made a move into the technology age a long time ago.
